Blueberry-Coconut Gluten Free Oatmeal
I have recently discovered through closely monitoring my eating that I have a gluten intolerance. I have cut gluten out of my diet completely and I feel sooo much better! I love oatmeal for breakfast so I just put all these things together one morning and LOVED it so I wanted to share the love!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats
1 cup Almond Milk
10 blue berries (frozen or fresh)
1 pack of Stevia
Tiny bit of Coconut Oil
Directions:
*Gluten Free Rolled Oats
*Almond Milk
Pour both into a bowl and microwave for the time the oats package states.
*10 frozen blue berries
*1 Pack if Stevia
If frozen, defrost the blueberries overnight in the fridge or in the microwave the day you make it. Pour the packet if Stevie onto the berries after they have been thawed.
After the oats have been cooked scoop out the berries and leave most of the juice behind. Put the berries in the oats and stir.
* Coconut Oil (I've never measured but I'd guess it would be 1/4 teaspoon)
Stir the oil into the oats.
