Cut paper into 2x11 inch pieces. You need 12 pieces. Fold pieces in half and use hot glue to hold the inside together. Arrange in a circle and use hot glue to hold them together. I panted a piece of canvas and glued ribbon to the back. Then glue the heart wreath to the canvas.
