Apple Cinnamon Muffins

These were good but lacking a little something. Next time I make these I am going to douse the apples in some cinnamon sugar. I think that will do the trick! I think it would be yummy to sprinkle a little brown sugar on the tops before baking too!

2 c. all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 c. white sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1c. milk

1 egg beaten

1/4 c. butter melted

1 c. apple peeled, cored &chopped
